Troubleshoot sign-in and account access

Start with the exact screen and account you intended to use. Do not create a second account or share credentials to bypass an access problem.

Waqar account security view with password and active-session controls

  1. Confirm the current Waqar sign-in page and expected email address.
  2. Check keyboard language, capitalization, and password-manager entry.
  3. Use Forgot password once if the password is unknown.
  4. Open only the newest reset message; older reset links can become invalid.
  5. Set a new unique password and sign in again.

Do not disclose whether another person’s address has an account. Repeated failures can be rate-limited; stop automated retries.

  • Expired: request a new message from the normal screen or school.
  • Already used: sign in with the account that completed it.
  • Wrong recipient, child, role, or school: stop and ask the issuing school to correct it.
  • Opened in the wrong browser profile: sign out of unrelated accounts and reopen the newest link privately.

Treat reset and invitation links as temporary credentials. Never forward them.

  1. Open Switch school.
  2. Select the membership you intend to use.
  3. Verify the role and school heading.
  4. If the membership is absent, ask the school administrator to verify the invitation and membership state.

Access to one school does not imply access to another.

  1. Open your profile and Active sessions.
  2. Revoke the unfamiliar device.
  3. Change the password.
  4. Sign out other sessions if compromise is possible.
  5. Contact support through the published channel with the approximate time and device description, never the password or reset link.
