Use halqa reports

Halqa reports place teaching activity in the context of one group. School administrators can open the general halqa report; permitted sheikhs can access supported page-progress views for their work.

Waqar halqa page-progress summary with learner pace states

  1. Open Halqas and choose the intended group.
  2. Open its report.
  3. Set the date range and supported page calculation.
  4. Confirm the responsible sheikh and active student count.
  5. Review sessions, attendance, recitations, repeat attempts, workload, and ratings.

Compare the report with the halqa’s schedule and student lifecycle. A learner who joined mid-period should not be treated as though they were enrolled for the whole range.

When approved page-position data is available, the halqa page-progress report can summarize:

  • each student’s current position;
  • fully and partially covered pages;
  • overdue assignments;
  • average structural pages per completed session;
  • planned structural pace;
  • pace state such as On track, At risk, or Behind.

Use the pace filter to find learners needing review. A pace state is a planning signal, not a judgment about the student or sheikh.

  1. Verify the report dates and page measure.
  2. Open the learner’s source sessions and recitations.
  3. Check attendance, repeat outcomes, and enrollment dates.
  4. If Learning Plans are enabled, check the effective policy and published assignments.
  5. Correct source data through supported controls; do not edit an aggregate.

Where PDF reports are available, the school administrator can download the halqa report. Confirm the group, period, and recipient because the file can contain information for multiple students.
