Read the school report
The school report combines general school activity with halqa summaries for a selected date range. Use it for operational review, then open narrower reports to investigate individual results.

Run the report
Section titled “Run the report”- Open Reports, then School report.
- Set From date and To date when a bounded period is required.
- Choose the page calculation, if available.
- Apply the filters.
- Confirm the displayed school and period before reading totals.
General metrics
Section titled “General metrics”Depending on data and selected measure, the report can show active halqas, active students, teachers, sessions, attendance, recitations, repeat attempts, completed lines, average rating, and page-related measurements.
Interpret metrics together:
- a high session count with incomplete attendance requires data-quality review;
- a repeat count represents saved repeat outcomes, not absent students;
- average ratings depend on the halqas’ grading scales and selected records;
- completed progress excludes zero-rated repeat work;
- page activity and unique coverage answer different questions.
Attendance trend
Section titled “Attendance trend”The trend follows saved attendance inside the selected period. If it is empty, verify the dates and whether sessions in that period have recorded attendance. Do not infer attendance from session creation alone.
Halqa performance
Section titled “Halqa performance”The halqa table lets you compare group-level students, sessions, recitations, repeats, workload, attendance, ratings, and supported page measures. Open the halqa report before acting on an outlier; different size, schedule, grading scale, or filter context can explain the difference.
When PDF reports are available, Download school report produces a point-in-time file with the selected calculation. Confirm the period and page measure before distributing it. The downloaded file is outside Waqar’s interactive access controls and must be handled as school data.
