Monitor Learning Plan health

The progress overview is a triage view. It helps staff find a learner who needs attention; it is not a grade or a prediction of learning quality.

• No plan: the active learner has no current draft, active, or paused plan.
• Operator review required: a retained-data safety check has quarantined the current plan for an authorized operator to investigate. Waqar excludes that plan from generation, matching, planned teaching effects, and forecasts until the recorded case is resolved.
• Paused: the current plan is paused.
• Awaiting approval: the current plan contains at least one draft assignment.
• Behind: no draft takes priority, and a published or in-progress assignment is overdue.
• On track: none of the conditions above currently applies.

The order matters. Operator review required takes priority for a current plan. Otherwise, a plan with both a draft and overdue published work appears as Awaiting approval. Open the plan to see the full context.

1. Open Progress.
2. Review the counts for every health state.
3. If needed, use Filter by halqa.
4. Select a learner to inspect the plan, next due date, effective policy, and policy source.
5. Resolve the actionable cause:
   • create a plan only when the learner needs one;
   • for Operator review required, contact the authorized platform operator and keep the stable case record intact; do not recreate assignments to bypass the quarantine;
   • review and approve or reject drafts;
   • follow up on overdue published work;
   • resume a paused plan only when automation should continue.
6. Return to Progress and confirm the state reflects the intended change.

A sheikh sees learners within permitted assigned halqas. A school administrator can review the school population and filter by halqa.

Use the state together with:

• actual session and attendance history;
• recorded recitations and ratings;
• assignment due dates and outcomes;
• effective planning policy;
• destination, remaining range, and forecast.

On track does not prove mastery, and Behind does not explain why work was missed. Speak with the responsible teacher before changing a destination or workload.
