Use session and semester reports
Session and semester reports preserve two different levels of evidence: one teaching meeting and one bounded academic period.

Session report
Section titled “Session report”Open the intended session and verify:
- school, date, halqa, responsible sheikh, and open/closed state;
- attendance for every listed student;
- each recitation’s type, Quran range, rating, repeat outcome, line count, mistake tags, and permitted notes;
- Learning Plan assignments shown in the session when enabled.
The interactive session is the best place to investigate its underlying records. When PDF reports are available, a school administrator can download the session report. Closing a session locks attendance and recitation editing; the PDF reflects saved state and does not close or correct the session.
Semester report
Section titled “Semester report”Open Semesters and choose the intended historical period.

The semester report can include:
- semester name, status, start date, and end date;
- general counts for halqas, students, sheikhs, sessions, and recitations;
- repeats, workload, average rating, and attendance;
- halqa summaries;
- supported page measurements and calculation metadata.
The report belongs to that semester. Records carried into a later semester do not make the archived period current or merge its history.
Verification checklist
Section titled “Verification checklist”- Confirm the active school.
- Confirm the exact session or semester.
- Confirm the selected page measure.
- Compare totals with a representative source record.
- Generate the PDF only after the context is correct.
- Open the downloaded file and verify its title and period.
Downloaded reports may contain multiple students’ educational data. Store and share them only through approved school channels.
