Accept an invitation

An invitation is a one-time link that binds an account to a specific school, role, or child. Treat it like a temporary credential.

Confirm that you expected the invitation, recognize the school or sender, and understand the offered role. A sheikh invitation grants teaching access, an administrator invitation grants broader school management access, and a parent invitation links the named student to the accepting parent account.

Do not forward the link. If the school, role, child, or recipient email is wrong, ask the sender to replace it.

  1. Open the invitation on a private device.
  2. Choose the option indicating that you already have an account.
  3. Sign in with the account whose email matches the invited email.
  4. Return to the invitation when prompted.
  5. Review the displayed school, role, or child.
  6. Choose Accept invitation and join or Accept invitation and follow.

The invitation can be accepted only once. After acceptance, select the school if Waqar asks which workspace to enter.

  1. Open the invitation and choose Create your account to join or Create your account to follow student progress.
  2. Enter your own identity and account details.
  3. Complete any email-verification step shown.
  4. Reopen or continue the invitation flow.
  5. Review and accept the invitation.

Use one personal account for your memberships. Creating a second account does not repair a recipient mismatch and may make access harder to manage.

Waqar intentionally gives a limited explanation when an invitation is invalid. The link may have expired, been accepted already, been replaced, or been altered. Contact the sender through a known channel and request a new invitation. Do not paste the link into a public message or screenshot.

Check the selected school and your visible navigation. Report an incorrect role or child immediately. School administrators should revoke or correct the membership through supported controls rather than asking users to share accounts.
