Work with more than one school

One Waqar account can have memberships in multiple schools. Each school is an independent protected workspace, and the same person may hold a different role in each one.

When Choose school appears:

1. Read the school name and your role.
2. Select the workspace needed for the current task.
3. Choose Enter school.
4. Confirm the school name in the application navigation before viewing or changing data.

The chosen school becomes the active workspace for the session. Identifiers, students, halqas, reports, and permissions from another school do not carry over.

Use Switch school in the workspace or Profile. Waqar validates that the target is still an active membership, changes the active school, rotates the session credential, and opens the target dashboard. Finish or save in-progress work before switching.

After switching, the old school’s URLs remain forbidden in that session. Use the switch control again rather than editing a school identifier.

Do not edit the address bar to substitute another school identifier. Access is determined by the authenticated membership, not by knowing a URL.

You may be a school administrator in one workspace, a sheikh in another, and a parent in a third. The visible navigation changes with the active membership. Administrator access in one school does not grant administrator access in any other school.

If an expected action is absent, verify both the selected school and the role shown for that membership before reporting a feature problem.

• A missing school may indicate an unaccepted, expired, removed, or inactive membership.
• An unexpected school may indicate a membership that should be reviewed or removed.
• A duplicate-looking school may be a separate workspace; do not enter data until an administrator confirms the correct one.

Contact the relevant school administrator using a known channel. Do not create a new account or share another user’s account as a workaround.
