Reports summarize saved school records. They do not replace checking an underlying student, session, attendance, recitation, or assignment when a result is unexpected.

  1. Confirm the active school.
  2. Confirm the current or intended semester.
  3. Select the date, halqa, student status, recitation type, planning state, or pace filters needed by that report.
  4. Choose a page calculation only if page data is available.
  5. Apply the filters and read the labels above every metric.

An empty result can be correct when no saved record matches all filters. Clear one filter at a time before assuming data is missing.

  • Current page total preserves the report’s established total.
  • Structural Mushaf pages measure canonical page coverage.
  • 15-line page-equivalent workload normalizes underlying workload.
  • All page measurements presents the measures separately.

Never combine structural pages and line equivalents into one number.

School administrators reach the main reporting area. Some page-progress and planning evidence views are also available to permitted sheikhs, while parents see separate child-scoped views. PDF and tabular exports require their respective feature availability.

Before sharing any downloaded file, confirm its school, date range, filters, and intended recipient.
